12.1 - Legal deadline for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty.
After communication of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, the buyer has another 14 -day period to return the product (s) concerned by the withdrawal.
12.2 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period referred to at 12.1, only the price of the product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining borne by the buyer.
The returns are to be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their new condition for new condition, and if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for a optimized management.
In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, the buyer's responsibility can be engaged.

The buyer expresses his desire to retract without any ambiguity and mentions the order concerned by this withdrawal.
Once the form or withdrawal declaration has been sent at the latest within 14 days of receipt of his order, the buyer must return the product (s) concerned, within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 days to from the sending of the form or the declaration of withdrawal.
For the purpose of obtaining an estimate of the costs of return to his charge, the buyer can go to the La Poste site, Colissimo "Practical prices in points of sale (post office and colissimo agencies).
This return cost estimate does not engage the company SAS ZEPHYR O.C.S. The price to pay for the return of the product may vary depending on the carrier that the buyer chosen to return the product (s).
If the customer ships an item worth 75 €, it is advisable to use a delivery service which allows him to follow the shipment or to subscribe to delivery insurance.
The camouflage net cannot guarantee the proper reception of the item returned by the buyer.
12.3 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio, video or computer software records unicked by the Customer, goods made according to the customer or personalized specifications and property unconnsheed by the Customer and not being able to be returned for health or health protection reasons. Likewise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for gift boxes.

12.5 - Refund
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C will reimburse the sums paid at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the company is informed of the buyer's decision to retract and According to the same means of payment as that used for his order (unless the buyer's express agreement for a refund by other means of payment).
This reimbursement date that can be deferred until the product is recovered or until the buyer has provided proof of the shipment of the product, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
In the absence of a refund after 14 days from the date on which the company is informed of the buyer's decision to withdraw, the camouflage net is exposed to reimburse the sums due to the legal rate if the delay reimbursement is less than 11 days, 5% if the delay is between 10 and 20 days, 10% if the delay is between 20 and 30 days, 20% if the delay is between 30 and 60 days, 50% if the delay is between 60 and 90 days.
SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C is not required to refund the buyer the additional costs if the latter has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on https://le-filet-de-camouflage.fr.
The reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
The advantages obtained during the purchase of product, in particular thanks to a loyalty card, will be canceled in the event of restitution of the product accompanied by a refund of the product.
